How have the world’s expectations and labels shaped the way you view yourself and your worth?
Do societal pressures, self-criticism, and past mistakes cause you to struggle with self-doubt and guilt?
Have these things distorted your understanding of who you are in Christ?

Early on, I bought into the lie that my worth and value were based on my physical appearance. Whether positive or negative, everything seemed to center around what I looked like. The world’s idea of beauty and the ongoing battle with comparison left me feeling insecure and “not good enough.” Those thoughts and feelings were ingrained, affecting my relationships and how I functioned in the world. And if I’m not careful, I can still slip back into believing that lie.
Maybe you don’t struggle with your appearance, but with:
- Perfectionism. No matter how much you do, it never feels like enough.
- Comparison. Measuring your life, progress, or relationships against others.
- Insecurity and Self-Consciousness. Your inner critic is loud, always pointing out your flaws.
Ultimately, all of this leaves you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, hard on yourself, guilty, and disqualified for not meeting expectations or measuring up.
But here’s the thing:
We’ve given others the power to define who we are, when they never had the authority to do so in the first place.
Since birth, our identity has been shaped by personal influences and experiences, determining our sense of value and worth. We’ve been conditioned to believe that others’ opinions, and our own feelings and thoughts about ourselves, are the ultimate truth.
So, Now What?
It’s time to break free from these worldly narratives.
How?
We learn to navigate the tension between what the world says about us and what God says about us.
We go back, identifying where our thoughts and feelings about ourselves originated.
We get to know our Creator, who He is and who we are according to Him.

My Mission
I help Christian women uncover the worldly lies that distort their self-perception, helping them see themselves as God sees them. I equip them to rebuild their identity through His Word and embrace the truth of who they are in Christ.
For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
